Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure a great experience for all riders and make it as effortless as possible for all riders to ride (and scribble on a banana) when they want to. You can cancel ride bookings up to 6 hrs in advance online, with the app, or by emailing hello@powerfitnessevents.com If you paid using a multi-ride pass (5/10), your class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations (within 6 hours of the ride start time). We understand that cancellations will occur, but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other riders from booking a bike/banana. If you cancel a ride within 6 hours of the ride start time, the class will not be credited back to your account, or refunded. Summer of POWER bookings are non-refundable within 7 calendar days of the ride.
